🤝 Becoming an Official Partner: How it Works
At Incognito Studios, we do not sell standard commercial licenses. Instead, we work with a curated group of Official Partners. We carefully select partners who demonstrate exceptional print quality and professionalism to represent our brand.
Here is the path to partnership and what we expect from our team.
Step 1: The Application
You must submit an application form showcasing your current work.
- What we look for: We review your portfolio for surface finish, layer consistency, and clean support removal. We also look at your existing shop (Etsy, Website, etc.) to ensure your customer service and presentation meet our standards.
- Equipment: You must have reliable machines capable of producing quality prints.
Step 2: The Agreement
If your application is approved, you will be invited to join the program. To maintain your status, you must agree to the following core terms:
- 💰 The Commission: We do not charge an upfront fee; instead, we succeed when you succeed. You pay a 25% commission on the gross sales price of every Incognito Studios model you sell.
- 📅 Monthly Schedule: You must report your sales and pay the commission by the 3rd of every month for the previous month's activity.
- ⚖️ Pricing Integrity: You may price your prints higher than our official store (e.g., for premium materials or painting), but you cannot undercut us. You must respect the official price floor.
- 🏷️ Attribution: All listings must clearly state that you are an "Authorized Official Partner of Incognito Studios."
Step 3: Access & Sales
Once signed, you gain access to our commercial file library.
- You handle the printing, shipping, and customer service.
- We handle the design and marketing to drive demand for the models.
Step 4: Quality Control
We periodically review our partners' shops. We expect you to maintain the high quality shown in your application. Partners who repeatedly produce low-quality prints or fail to report sales accurately will have their license revoked.
