The legal rights to sell physical prints of my public catalog. This license is built specifically for 3D print shops, prop makers, and print farms. By maintaining this active monthly subscription, you are granted the non-exclusive legal rights to print and sell physical FDM and Resin copies of my curated digital STL releases.

⚠️ MANDATORY: Register Your Shop Within 48 Hours I actively police my intellectual property and issue copyright strikes against unauthorized sellers. To ensure your shop is added to my approved "whitelist" and to prevent your listings from being accidentally taken down, you must email us at incog3dstudios@gmail.com within 48 hours of subscribing. Please include your Shop Name and the Direct URLs to any storefronts (Etsy, Shopify, eBay, etc.) where you plan to sell these prints.

How It Works & What’s Included:

• Exclusive Access to "The Vault": Upon subscribing, you will unlock a hidden, subscriber-only section of my website. Here, you can access the commercially licensed files, which have certain restrictive commercial watermarks removed.

• Commercial Selling Rights: Full legal permission to sell physical, 3D-printed copies of the designs available in The Vault for as long as your subscription remains active. (Please note: My highly complex Master Builds are kept strictly in-house and files for those will not be released.)

• Optimized & Ready to Print: The files in The Vault are the exact high-fidelity models I use myself, optimized for both high-end resin printing and standard FDM build volumes to ensure smooth, successful prints.

📸 Strict Photography & Mandatory Branding Rules: To protect the Incognito Studios brand and ensure your customers know exactly what they are buying, the following rules are strictly enforced:

• No Studio Photos: You may NOT use any of my photos or renders showing my fully hand-painted, finished masks. You must take your own photos of your own physical prints to accurately represent the product your customer will receive.

• Mandatory Partner Badge: In your welcome pack, you will receive the official "Incognito Studios Partner" logo and a standalone partner image. You must either overlay our logo onto your listing photos, OR include the standalone partner image as one of the photos in your listing gallery. This is mandatory to verify you as an authorized seller.

The Fine Print (Please Read):

• This license is a flat monthly fee for the rights to sell physical prints of my available catalog. It does not include custom sizing, custom file modifications, or guaranteed new monthly file drops.

• This license strictly covers the sale of physical, printed objects only.

• You may NOT sell, share, trade, or distribute the digital STL files under any circumstances.

• You may NOT use these files to cast silicone molds for mass-producing resin copies.

• If you cancel your subscription, your commercial selling rights are immediately revoked. You will lose access to The Vault, your shop will be removed from the whitelist, and you must immediately remove my designs from your storefronts.
