3D Model Personal Use License Agreement

The individual downloading or acquiring the 3D Model.

1. Grant of License By downloading, purchasing, or obtaining the digital 3D model files (the "Model"), you (the "Licensee") agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Model strictly for personal purposes, subject to the terms below.

2. Permitted Use (Personal Only) You are authorized to:

Download and Store: Keep the digital files on personal storage devices.

Print for Personal Use: Produce physical 3D prints of the Model for your own private use.

Gifts: 3D print the Model to give away as a gift to friends or family, provided strictly that no money, goods, or services are exchanged.

Media Sharing: Post photographs or videos of your physical prints on social media, provided credit is given to the Licensor/Incognito Studios.

1. Prohibited Use (Strictly Enforced) Unless you are a verified Official Partner (see Section 4), the following actions are strictly prohibited:

No Commercial Sales: You may not sell, rent, trade, or auction physical prints of this Model.

No Digital Distribution: You may not share, sell, resell, remix, or distribute the digital files (STL, OBJ, 3MF, etc.) on any platform, website, or marketplace.

No Derivatives: You may not modify the digital file and sell the derivative work.

No Mass Production: You may not use molds, casting, or mass manufacturing techniques to reproduce the Model.

1. Commercial Rights & Exclusivity There is no option to purchase a standalone commercial license for this Model.

The only way to legally sell physical prints of this Model is by becoming an Official Partner of Incognito Studios.

Commercial rights are exclusively reserved for active Official Partners.

If you are not an active Official Partner, any sale of this Model (physical or digital) is a violation of this Agreement and copyright law.

1. Intellectual Property All rights, title, and interest in the Model, including the digital files and the artistic design, remain the sole property of Incognito Studios. This Agreement grants a limited license to use the files, not a transfer of ownership.

2. Termination This license is automatically terminated if the Licensee violates any of the terms set forth in this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must destroy all digital copies of the Model and immediately cease the production of any physical prints.
