How to Claim Your Commercial Files:

Since you are an active Commercial Subscriber, you do not need to pay twice for files you already own! Here is how to upgrade the personal-use files you have already purchased into commercial-ready files:

  1. Find Your Code: Open the ZIP folder of the Personal Use file you previously purchased. Inside, locate the text file named COMMERCIAL_UPGRADE_CODE.txt.

  2. Select Your Model: Find that same model in the gallery below and add it to your cart.

  3. Redeem at Checkout: Enter your unique upgrade code in the promo box at checkout. This will reduce the price of the Commercial Version to $0.00.

  4. Download & Print: Download your watermark-free file and start printing for your shop!

(Note: If you have not purchased the personal-use version of a model yet, you can simply purchase the commercial versions directly from this page at their listed price).

🛑 Merchant Rule Refresher

To keep your Commercial License and Certificate active, please ensure you are always following these core guidelines:

  • Keep Your Subscription Active: Your right to sell physical prints is only valid while your monthly commercial subscription is active and in good standing.

  • Update Your Store Links: If you ever open a new storefront, move to a new website, or start selling at a new physical market, you must email us at incog3dstudios@gmail.com to update your License Certificate. Selling at unregistered locations will void your license.

  • Physical Prints Only: You may sell the physical, 3D-printed items. You may never sell, share, or distribute the digital 3D files.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees once the shipment reaches its destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. As the buyer, you are solely responsible for paying any additional fees required for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, as customs policies vary widely from country to country.

Refused International Shipments

If you choose to refuse your delivery to avoid paying customs duties or import taxes, the carrier may return the package to us or abandon it at the border.

  • If the package is returned to us: We will issue a refund for the cost of the items, minus a 20% restocking and handling fee, the original shipping charges, any return shipping costs incurred by us, and any unpaid customs fees levied against the package.
  • If the package is abandoned or destroyed by customs: We are unfortunately unable to issue any refund for the order.
