MANUFACTURING TOLERANCES & FIT
While every cover we make is meticulously engineered and cast to precise studio dimensions, mass produced retail hardcovers inherently suffer from slight manufacturing inconsistencies. The physical dimensions of the retail books themselves often vary by a few millimeters from one print run to the next. Because we are permanently bonding exactly measured, premium hardware to varying mass produced books, there may occasionally be a fractional variance in edge alignment. This is a natural result of the custom rebinding process and does not impact the structural integrity, durability, or cinematic quality of your finished artifact.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees once the shipment reaches its destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. As the buyer, you are solely responsible for paying any additional fees required for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, as customs policies vary widely from country to country.

Refused International Shipments

If you choose to refuse your delivery to avoid paying customs duties or import taxes, the carrier may return the package to us or abandon it at the border.

  • If the package is returned to us: We will issue a refund for the cost of the items, minus a 20% restocking and handling fee, the original shipping charges, any return shipping costs incurred by us, and any unpaid customs fees levied against the package.
  • If the package is abandoned or destroyed by customs: We are unfortunately unable to issue any refund for the order.
