Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees once the shipment reaches its destination country. Refused International Shipments

If you choose to refuse your delivery to avoid paying customs duties or import taxes, the carrier may return the package to us or abandon it at the border.

  • If the package is returned to us: We will issue a refund for the cost of the items, minus a 20% restocking and handling fee, the original shipping charges, any return shipping costs incurred by us, and any unpaid customs fees levied against the package.
  • If the package is abandoned or destroyed by customs: We are unfortunately unable to issue any refund for the order.
