    1. The Deliverable & In-House Assembly

    To guarantee the highest standard of structural integrity and aesthetic presentation, Incognito FX Studios handles 100% of the final assembly in-house. We do not ship raw PR hardware for self-installation.

    • The Process: We source the physical hardcover of the designated title and expertly bond our hand-painted, high-grade resin Signature Edition cover to it in our workshop. This ensures perfect gutter clearance, permanent adhesion, and seamless functionality so the book opens flawlessly on camera.

    • The Subsidized Fee: By purchasing this PR kit, you are paying a subsidized flat fee that exclusively covers the retail cost of the physical hardcover and the required international freight for the heavy, assembled artifact. Incognito FX Studios provides the premium Signature Edition hardware, the painting, and the studio assembly labor completely free of charge.

    2. Content Commitment

    To help us drive the limited-batch drop, we ask for a focused promotional window.

    • Agreement: You agree to post a minimum of one (1) dedicated TikTok or Instagram Reel featuring the fully assembled Signature Edition within 14 days of receiving the package.

    3. The Drop Link Requirement

    Because we operate on strict, limited-batch drops, directing traffic accurately is essential.

    • Agreement: You agree to explicitly mention the "Incognito FX Studios Drop" in your video audio and place our direct storefront link in your Linktree/Bio for a minimum of 48 hours following your post.

    4. Shipping & Logistics

    Your shipping details will be securely collected during the automated checkout process. Please ensure you provide a safe delivery location, as this is a heavy, premium display piece.

    Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

    All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees once the shipment reaches its destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. As the buyer, you are solely responsible for paying any additional fees required for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, as customs policies vary widely from country to country.

    Refused International Shipments

    If you choose to refuse your delivery to avoid paying customs duties or import taxes, the carrier may return the package to us or abandon it at the border.

    • If the package is returned to us: We will issue a refund for the cost of the items, minus a 20% restocking and handling fee, the original shipping charges, any return shipping costs incurred by us, and any unpaid customs fees levied against the package.
    • If the package is abandoned or destroyed by customs: We are unfortunately unable to issue any refund for the order.
